What is MLTA ?
The Mountain Leader Training Association is a membership organisation for climbing, walking and mountain leaders in the UK.
MLTA provides you with development opportunities and support as part of a UK-wide community of outdoor leaders.
Being a member of MLTA enables you to attend accredited CPD training events, social and networking occasions in regional locations. You will also benefit from special deals on liability insurance and trade discounts.

CPD
CPD is any activity which contributes to your personal and professional development.CPD was introduced in January 2011 for Full members of MLTA and is recorded online.
The CPD Policy is designed to ensure that all members keep their knowledge current, to encourage the development of new skills and to give the public confidence in MLTA members.
